My name is Chris Bates, and I am the Founder of Project Bates Lifestyle Design. I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Fitness Coach. I am a business owner, a member of MENSA and a leader of a spiritual group in my church.

Working out always has a positive effect on mood. Workouts increase the release of endorphins, which make you happy. Be happy and mentally healthy, work out!!!

When you work out, you burn off extra energy, nervous, anxious energy. And somehow, after a workout, you will feel more energized, with a good, productive, focused energy. Your mood will absolutely improve, and, after a workout, it's much easier to have a positive outlook!
